History

ITK was founded in Trnava in the summer of 1995 by Dipl. Ing. Tibor Kráľovič, and began working in technical and business activities in the legal form of a natural person, and since 2004 as the legal entity ITK, s.r.o.

Between 1998 and 2002, production premises were built in Križovany nad Dudváhom (about 8 km from Trnava) and at the end of the year, the activity was expanded to include precision engineering in relation to tool-making production with a focus on the automotive industry, a field where we still successfully operate.

Our most important customers are: Volkswagen AG, PSA Peugeot-Citroen (Stellantis), Kia Motors, Hyundai, Porsche Automobil Holding SE.
